Shipping Policy
Amazon Products:
Shipping costs vary depending on the location and the selected shipping option. However, Prime members continued to have free shipping available.
Etsy Products:
We currently partner with a production and shipping partner. Most items require 2-5 days for production and then an additional 5-7 days for shipping. Standard and Economy shipping options are available. Some items are listed with free shipping.
Services:
The shipping method for client projects and services will be established through the consultation process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Amazon Products:
Amazon products can be returned under Amazon return policies.
Etsy Products:
Etsy will replace products that have been received damaged or items that have a misprint. Etsy does not support returns or exchanges otherwise due to products being made to order. Please contact 240 Spirit Press directly to make a request for a return or an exchange. Consumers are responsible for return shipping. Services:
Clients will approve all design details before confirming an order. These details will be established in the consultation process. Orders will be completed individually and made to order for a client, so it is unlikely that products will be eligible for return unless a product is received damaged. If 240 Spirit Press makes an error in the ordering process, 240 Spirit Press will rectify the order as soon as possible at no cost to the client.
